Normal Route

Paddington to King's Cross by Underground on the Circle or Hammersmith and City line. Journey time varies quite a lot, from 15 to 30 minutes.

Alternative routes

• Paddington to Oxford Circus on the Bakerloo Line, then Victoria Line to King's Cross. This only takes a little bit longer than the direct line and is generally more reliable
• Use the Bakerloo Line to Baker Street then the Metropolitan/Circle/Hammersmith and City Line to King's Cross. This tends to be quicker for those without heavy luggage.
• Bus 205 (accessible route for disabled persons) every few minutes from Praed Street outside the station, to King's Cross. This is a slow route, it takes around 45 minutes but the journey time varies according to traffic conditions.
