London Canal Museum is chilled this summer with a range of events celebrating all things ICY! Following a significant restoration programme beneath the floor of the museum, where the ice wells are, we present a programme of events and activities for all ages; adult study days, family activities, exhibitions, arts events, a grand finale Celebrations Day and lots of ice cream eating. Come and chill with us this summer.
Weekly during August from week commencing Tuesday 6th August. 15 minute tales between 10am - 3.30pm
15 minutes of tales, talks and fabulous facts on the history of the Ice trade, the world of Carlo Gatti, and ice cream treats. Listen in and learn loads! Check website for specific dates, as these have not yet been announced
Holiday Activity Days. Family fun with ice cream making, ice science and crafts. Drop in sessions throughout the day 1000 - 1530 Kids can learn about the science of ice and make ice cream whilst having lots of fun! For more details and dates see our Activity Days page
