Bookings can be made online immediately, at any time until 15 minutes before a trip departs or event begins, and will be confirmed by e-mail. This is the best way to make your booking. All payments are handled by Paypal but you don't have to have a Paypal account, you can pay by credit/debit card.
When your booking is completed, an e-mail will be sent automatically to the address you gave to confirm the booking. There are no tickets. If you do not receive this e-mail, check to see if has been captured incorrectly by your spam filter, if you have one.
If you make a booking but for whatever reason do not complete a payment, your booking will automatically be cancelled a few minutes later and the places on the trip or event offered for sale once again.
Q: Are my payment card details safe?
A: Payments are processed by Paypal, the world's leading online payment processor. Nobody at London Canal Museum or the company providing the booking system ever sees your payment card data if you book using the online system.
Q: Is my e-mail address going to be sold to some junk mailer?
A: Absolutely not. We will never share your e-mail address
Q: Will you send me e-mails?
A: Normally no. We would use your e-mail address to contact you if there was a problem in relation to your booking, or, for example, if a trip or event was cancelled. Of course your confirmation of booking is sent to the e-mail address.
Q: I booked but did not pay. Have I got a booking or not?
A: No, if you didin't pay, your booking would automatically be cancelled after a few minutes.
Q: I have a query about my booking and cannot find the answer.

If you have a problem with your booking, we will try to help as quickly as possible. Please complete a problem report form.. Do not telephone us. We will call you if necessary. This form is monitored every day until late, not just when the museum is open.
